Our History

  • Research and development play a major role in our technology’s edge in the market. Our in-house development lab designs, engineers and manufactures machinery used for Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). We specialize in engineering solutions for a variety of specific results and outcomes using this process. We provide our customers with machinery needed for creating coatings including ion source and all parts needed to make it function. Additionally, we manufacture high quality PVD coatings.

Intlvac represents and distributes pumps and components for high vacuum throughout Canada.

We represent the world's best manufacturers of components needed to achieve vacuum levels suitable for space simulation, thin film etch and deposition, high energy physics experiments, mass spectrometry, and many other applications where air and water vapor must be removed.

The vacuum levels our equipment works in is between 760m Torr ( 760mm of Mercury or ATM) to 1x10-11 Torr.

We can provide industry and researchers all the pumps, instrumentation and test equipment needed to operate at low pressures.

Intlvac also has a thin film coating and etch lab in Halton Hills, Ontario, where we can provide coating services to customers around the world.
