Service Work Flow

	Vacuum Pump Service Work Flow
1		Fill out and submit the online Service Request Form (found on this or any Services page)
2		Download and Fill out the Declaration of Contamination (DOC)
3		Email completed DOC form to sales@intlvac.ca
4		Intlvac service personnel will contact you to go over any anomalies in your DOC and issue a formal quote for our standard rebuild service. If you would like to learn more about what our standard rebuild service entails, please click here.
	If you would like to send in a vacuum pump for our standard rebuild service, please follow these instructions:
5		Submit a purchase order to sales@intlvac.ca or provide your credit card details over the phone
5		Prepare the product for transport adhering to DOC instructions.
6		Attach DOC paperwork to outside of shipping box.
7		Send package to Intlvac at 247 Armstrong Avenue, Halton Hills, Ontario L7G 4X6
8		Intlvac service personnel will contact you with confirmation and final instructions.
