DIJ oil diffusion pumps are wear-free high vacuum pumps without wearing and moving components. The pumping effect of these pumps is created through the diffusion of gases into an oil vapour stream. Compared to other high vacuum pumps the pumping speed of diffusion pumps is extremely high with respect to the in-take area.
The simple-to-operate DIJ provides high and stable throughput at pressures >10 -3 mbar making it a reliable choice for your high vacuum needs. Although there are prolonged maintenance intervals due to non-wearing parts, the design is still maintenance friendly for rapid and simple replacement of heating elements.
