CLAWVAC CP 300 575V, 60Hz

The Leybold CLAWVAC CP 300 is a rugged, high-capacity, oil-free dry claw vacuum pump designed for demanding industrial rough-vacuum applications where high pumping speed, reliability and clean operation are more important than achieving deep vacuum.

Delivering up to 347 m³/h (204 CFM) of pumping speed at 60 Hz, with an ultimate vacuum of 140 mbar, the CP 300 provides exceptional throughput for large-volume and high-cycle vacuum processes. The 575 V, 60 Hz, three-phase configuration uses a 7.5 kW motor and is designed for continuous industrial operation.

The dry claw design uses non-contacting rotors, eliminating vacuum oil from the compression process and minimizing wear within the pumping chamber. This eliminates routine vacuum-oil changes and oil disposal while reducing the risk of oil contamination reaching the process.

The CP 300 is particularly well suited to high-throughput rough-vacuum applications including thermoforming, deep drawing, granulate conveying, plastics processing, extruder degassing, composite manufacturing, ceramics and brick production, sewage degassing, biogas applications and soil-remediation systems.

With a 20–60 Hz operating range, IP55 motor protection and operation in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, the CLAWVAC CP 300 is designed as an industrial workhorse rather than a laboratory vacuum pump. Its high pumping speed makes it especially valuable when large chambers or high volumes of gas must be evacuated quickly.

The CP 300 is an excellent alternative to conventional oil-sealed pumps when the application requires high rough-vacuum throughput but does not require deep vacuum. For processes requiring significantly lower ultimate pressure, a dry-screw pump such as the VARODRY or NOVADRY should be considered instead.
