Overview
The Leybold DIVAC® 0.6 L is a compact, two-stage, dry diaphragm vacuum pump designed for chemical laboratory applications where clean vacuum and resistance to solvents and aggressive gases are essential.
Delivering 0.6 m³/h (approximately 0.35 CFM) of pumping speed with an ultimate pressure of 8 mbar, the DIVAC 0.6 L provides reliable rough vacuum in an exceptionally compact 6.9 kg package. Its dry diaphragm design eliminates vacuum oil from the pumped-gas path, preventing oil contamination and backstreaming while eliminating routine vacuum-oil changes.
The major advantage of the DIVAC L series is its chemical resistance. Pump components exposed to the pumped medium incorporate PTFE, PTFE-coated diaphragm, FFPM/Kalrez and PVDF, providing excellent resistance to solvents, condensable vapours and chemically aggressive media.
The 230 V, 50 Hz version uses only a 90 W motor and operates at approximately 47 dB(A), making it exceptionally well suited to laboratory environments. Its compact 281 × 140 × 187 mm footprint makes it easy to integrate into benchtop equipment and laboratory systems.
Typical applications include rotary evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum distillation, vacuum drying, gel drying, solvent handling, gas extraction and transfer, pharmaceutical research and general chemical laboratory vacuum.
For customers currently using a small oil-sealed pump and dealing with oil contamination, solvent-damaged oil or frequent maintenance, the DIVAC 0.6 L provides a clean, quiet and chemically resistant alternative.
The DIVAC 0.6 L is the pump to bring in when you need a small, oil-free laboratory pump that can handle solvents and aggressive vapours without the maintenance and contamination problems of an oil-sealed pump.
