The pumped-gas path incorporates a PTFE-coated diaphragm and FFPM valves, providing substantially better resistance to aggressive gases and solvent vapours than a conventional laboratory diaphragm pump.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause the pump is completely dry, there is no vacuum oil in the pumped-gas path.
