The Leybold ECODRY 65 plus is a compact, quiet and completely dry multistage Roots vacuum pump delivering up to 55 m³/h of clean, oil-free pumping performance. The 200–240 V, single-phase configuration is ideal for laboratory and research environments where low noise, minimal maintenance and contamination-free vacuum are critical. Its contactless Roots pumping mechanism eliminates process contamination associated with conventional oil-sealed pumps, making the ECODRY 65 plus an excellent backing pump for turbomolecular pumps and UHV systems.
