Small Maintenance Kit - SV300B / SV320B is a maintenance and service kit for compatible Leybold vacuum pumps. The kit includes (3) exhaust filters, and exhaust filter fitting kit. This kit is to be used annually to replace the exhaust filters on the SOGEVAC SV300/ 320B pumps.

If you notice exhaust smoke or oil mist coming from your vacuum pump, it may indicate that the bypass valve in the exhaust filter assembly has opened. This typically occurs when the exhaust filters become saturated or restricted and is a good indication that they are due for replacement.

When replacing the exhaust filters, it is also a good idea to inspect and clean the float valve located inside the exhaust box. The float valve plays an important role in the pump’s oil-return system by allowing oil captured by the exhaust filters to drain back into the pump for reuse.

Keeping both the exhaust filters and float valve properly maintained helps reduce oil mist, minimize oil consumption, and ensure reliable pump performance.
