The MD 1C is a three-stage chemistry diaphragm vacuum pump designed for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapors. Its chemically resistant fluoropolymer flow path and PTFE sandwich diaphragms provide reliable performance, long service life, and low maintenance.
