The Leybold SCROLLVAC 15 plus 1Ph is a compact, clean and reliable dry-scroll vacuum pump designed for laboratory, analytical and research applications where oil-free vacuum is important.

Delivering approximately 14.5 m³/h of pumping speed in a compact 26 kg package, the SCROLLVAC 15 plus provides clean dry vacuum without lubricant coming into contact with the pumped gases. Its single-phase 100–127/200–240 V, 50/60 Hz electrical configuration makes it extremely easy to install in laboratories and facilities worldwide.

The standard V10 version includes gas ballast, making it a versatile choice for general laboratory applications and systems that may encounter condensable vapours. With forced-air cooling, DN25 ISO-KF connections, approximately 55 dB(A) operating noise and only 300 W of rated power, it is an efficient and quiet alternative to a conventional small oil-sealed rotary-vane pump.

Typical applications include turbo pump backing, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, XPS/AES/SIMS, surface analysis, research coating, vacuum drying, vacuum ovens and general laboratory vacuum.

For customers currently using an oil-sealed pump, the SCROLLVAC 15 plus offers a cleaner solution that eliminates vacuum oil from the pumped-gas path, reducing the risk of oil backstreaming and eliminating routine vacuum-oil changes.
