Overview
The Leybold CLAWVAC CP 300 is a high-capacity, oil-free dry claw vacuum pump designed for demanding industrial rough-vacuum applications where moving large volumes of gas quickly is more important than reaching deep vacuum.
Delivering approximately 347 m³/h of pumping speed at 60 Hz, the CP 300B provides extremely high gas throughput with an ultimate pressure of approximately 140 mbar. Its 7.5 kW, 3-phase 230/460 V motor and air-cooled design make it well suited to continuous industrial operation.
The dry claw design eliminates vacuum oil from the compression chamber, while the CLAWVAC's robust construction is designed for demanding applications involving particles and vapours. Stainless-steel claw rotors, corrosion-resistant pump-chamber construction and a segregated gearbox help provide clean, reliable operation while protecting the process from gearbox lubricant contamination.
The CP 300B is ideally suited to thermoforming, plastics processing, extruder degassing, vacuum conveying, granulate handling, composites, vacuum lifting, industrial degassing and other high-throughput rough-vacuum applications.
The key advantage of the CP 300 is volume: with approximately 347 m³/h of pumping speed, it is built to evacuate large systems and move substantial quantities of gas quickly. For customers who don't need deep vacuum but need serious gas-moving capacity, the CP 300B can be a much better fit than a smaller deep-vacuum pump.
For customers replacing an oil-sealed pump in a high-throughput industrial application, the CLAWVAC CP 300 provides a rugged, clean and oil-free alternative designed for continuous production duty.
