Overview
The Leybold DRYVAC DV 650 is a high-capacity, water-cooled dry screw vacuum pump delivering approximately 650 m³/h (383 CFM) of pumping speed. Designed for demanding industrial applications, the DV 650 provides rapid evacuation of large vacuum chambers while maintaining clean, oil-free compression. Its robust design and LVO 210 lubrication system make it particularly well suited for high-throughput applications such as PVD and thin-film coating, vacuum heat treatment, industrial drying, freeze drying, electron-beam welding and load-lock systems. With a 15 kW, three-phase motor and DN 100 ISO-K inlet, the DV 650 is an ideal solution where fast pump-down, high gas throughput and reliable continuous operation are critical to production efficiency.
