Overview
The Leybold SCROLLVAC® 10 plus 3Ph is a compact dry-scroll vacuum pump designed for laboratory, OEM and light-industrial applications where clean, reliable vacuum is required without lubricant contacting the pumped gases.
Delivering approximately 10.6 m³/h (6.2 CFM) of pumping speed with an ultimate pressure of 0.9 mbar, the SCROLLVAC 10 plus provides significantly more performance than small diaphragm pumps while maintaining the compact size, low power consumption and clean operation of dry-scroll technology.
The standard 3-phase configuration operates from 200 / 380–415 V at 50 Hz or 200–230 / 460 V at 60 Hz, uses only 280 W of rated power and incorporates forced-air cooling. With DN25 ISO-KF connections, approximately 55 dB(A) operating noise and a 25 kg package, it is easy to integrate into laboratory equipment, OEM systems and traditional industrial installations.
The standard V30 version includes gas ballast, making it well suited to general-purpose vacuum applications where condensable vapours may be present. Leybold also offers an H version with the gas ballast blanked and a C version with corrosion-resistant construction for more specialized applications.
Typical applications include turbomolecular-pump backing, analytical instrumentation, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, surface analysis, XPS/AES/SIMS, research coating, vacuum drying, small vacuum chambers and clean OEM vacuum systems.
For customers currently using a small oil-sealed rotary-vane pump, the SCROLLVAC 10 plus offers a clean dry alternative that keeps vacuum lubricant out of the pumped-gas path, eliminating oil backstreaming concerns and routine vacuum-oil changes.
