The Leybold SCROLLVAC 18 plus 1-ph is a compact, clean and reliable dry-scroll vacuum pump designed for laboratory, analytical and light industrial applications where oil-free vacuum is essential.

Delivering up to 20 m³/h of pumping speed with an ultimate pressure of approximately 0.03 mbar, the SCROLLVAC 18 plus provides clean dry vacuum without lubricant coming into contact with the pumped gases. Its single-phase 100–127/200–240 V, 50/60 Hz electrical configuration makes it exceptionally easy to install in laboratories and facilities around the world.

The standard V10 version includes gas ballast, making it well suited to general-purpose applications involving condensable vapours. With forced-air cooling, DN25 ISO-KF connections, approximately 55 dB(A) operating noise and a compact 25 kg package, the SCROLLVAC 18 plus is easy to integrate into existing vacuum systems.

Typical applications include turbo pump backing, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, surface analysis, XPS/AES/SIMS, research coating, vacuum drying, vacuum ovens and general laboratory vacuum.
