The Leybold VARODRY VD 65 DOT is a specialized, oil-free dry screw vacuum pump designed for demanding brake-fluid and harsh-process applications. Delivering 65 m³/h (38 CFM) of pumping speed with an ultimate pressure below 0.01 mbar, the VD 65 DOT provides reliable vacuum performance while eliminating conventional pump oil from the compression process. Its DOT-resistant construction incorporates specialized blow-off components, purge capability and robust stainless-steel exhaust piping to protect the pump when exposed to DOT brake-fluid vapours and residues. With a 1.5 kW air-cooled motor, IP55 protection and low operating cost, the VD 65 DOT is ideally suited for automated brake filling, brake-system evacuation, brake bleeding, automotive component manufacturing and other fluid-filling processes where conventional oil-sealed pumps can suffer from contamination and premature wear.
